Beef bourguignon

A classic French dish, slow cooked beef until tender, baby onions, bacon lardons, mushrooms, red wine gravy

Lyonnaise potatoes

Thinly sliced sauteed potatoes, layered with butter, parsley and stock and baked in the oven.

Chicken Chasseur

Tender chicken thigh, mushrooms, shallots, creamy white wine sauce (or Moroccan chick pea tagine Vegetarian option)
